I have got rid of my bronchial asthma. It took me 20 years. And you need nothing to do for it. I’d say all you need is NOT TO DO something - not to eat meat, fish, eggs and milk. 20 years ago I became a vegetarian. To eat something health-giving or to take some medicine is not the point. The cause of your asthma wasn’t absence of medical treatment (before you got ill). So having this treatment only fights the symptoms. The idea is to eliminate the cause (meat, fish, eggs and milk). The idea isn’t to add something good - the idea is to eliminate something bad.

Some people have digestion that cannot break down molecules of animal proteins into amino acids. These large fragments of the molecules of animal proteins go to blood where they must not to be. The immune response to this uninvited guest is the asthma attack.

You may say there are several amino acids that cannot be found in vegetable proteins.

One animal must obtain them eating another animal. Something’s wrong with this logic, didn't you think so? Where this another animal can get these amino acids? I read that if our organism cannot synthesize these amino acids on its own there are microorganisms (in our digestive system) that can do this job for us.

Our organism is lazy. If it can get amino acids from food it will not synthesize them. If tomorrow you become vegan your organism will wait for his habitual food and will not do what it must and can do. How long? I don’t know. To avoid problems you must act gradually. I quitted eating meat and cheese after 7 days starvation and 1 year later I quitted eating fish (again after 7 days starvation). In several months the asthma attacks began to occur more and more seldom.
